Art and Design: A Hospitable Experience

Indianapolis, IN, Indiana based companies Editions Limited Gallery and Q7,LLC have fused talents to provide innovative concepts within art and design to hospitable industries.

Q7, LLC is an experience design firm comprised of educators, artists and designers in specific disciplines that has provided multimedia services for several fortune 500 companies. The company’s main initiative is to create services, products, events and spaces that are a human experience. Psychology, ideas, emotions and the human senses are incorporated to form a cohesive design to meet the needs of the client.  In short, multimedia designs and creative solutions are streamlined under one design initiative. 

Acclaimed as one of the oldest galleries in Indianapolis, Editions Limited Gallery was established in 1969 and is located in the heart of Broad Ripple, an Indianapolis Cultural District.  The family owned business, representing over 70 artists from local Indiana talent to internationally known Masters as Picasso and Chagall, the gallery exhibits have featured such artists as Renoir, Peter Max and Charles Fazzino.  Ranging in style from traditional to abstract, the gallery offers a myriad of original works including limited edition prints, sculptures, and commission art.

Rowe and Mallon first teamed together on the *Conrad Indianapolis to put the finishing touch on many of the art and design elements for the luxury brand hotel.  Most recently, they helped launch the Museo InterContinental *Chicago O’Hare that was designed to enhance guests experience by embracing the arts.

Health care is another industry that is gaining more knowledge about how the art and design experience can enhance patient recovery.  Q7 and Editions Limited recently worked with Maregatti Interiors to meticulously ensure patient centered images were selected for Michigan’s Lakeland Hospital expansion.
