Blast from the past: Chessleton taps and Thurso shower by Drummonds

Drummonds has launched the Thurso shower and the Chessleton taps collection.

The lines and design of the Chessleton collection are said to evoke an earlier era. The spout flares slightly, giving the faucet a masculine appearance. The collection is available with ceramic or metal handles. The finishes for Chessleton are brass, nickel, chrome, antique brass, antique bronze or antique nickel.

These taps and shower mixers received IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) certification for use in North America.

Meanwhile, Drummonds' Thurso freestanding shower is a redesign of the classic Severn freestanding shower. The Thurso shower has a rounded skirt that matches the curvature of the baths. Thurso is a completely glass-enclosed shower unit that can stand in the middle of the bathroom.

Thurso has a 12" showerhead and hand shower built in. The base is ceramic and comes raw, primed or polished. The exterior is available either in brass, nickel, chrome, antique brass, antique bronze or antique nickel. It is 51.11" wide, 7' tall and 44.29" deep.
