My Place Hotels of America has a new hotel in the works for Las Vegas. Having hosted the My Place Owner’s Conference in the city in 2016, Las Vegas will soon have a permanent My Place fixture in the form of a brand new four-story, 63-unit hotel. Nevada’s first My Place hotel will be located near the Craig Road Exit on I-15 in North Las Vegas, minutes from the famous Las Vegas strip, Nellis Air Force Base and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Future guests will have immediate access to dining options in addition to nearby retail and entertainment opportunities.
My Place Hotel-North Las Vegas is independently owned by NLV Partners. Under the leadership of Randal Bender, NLV Partners expects the project to begin construction in April. The new hotel is anticipated to open in fall 2017.
Having opened his firrst My Place Hotel in Missoula, Mont., nearly two years ago, Bender looks forward to building upon the success of his first property, using the experience he has gained from the development and operation of My Place Hotel-Missoula, Mont.
“Already being an owner and operator of a My Place Hotel in Missoula, we recognized a need for our type of product in the North Las Vegas area,” Bender said. “We feel that we can serve the local Air Force base, as well as the trucking, medical, and construction workers with a great room at a great rate in the area.”
Terry Kline, My Place EVP of franchise development, said a presence in the diverse market of the North Las Vegas area is pivotal in My Place’s aggressive campaign for U.S. expansion.

The North Las Vegas market has emerged as a center of tremendous activity with a multitude of diverse demand,” Kline said in a statement.
All My Place Hotels offer modern amenities, and each extended stay guestroom will include a My Kitchen complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is pet friendly and will also include on-site laundry facilities, complimentary high-speed internet service and a 24-hour My Store, located in the hotel lobby and stocked with an array of supplies.
