Robertson has been chosen as preferred developer for a £40 million development that will include a hotel next to the new V&A Museum in Dundee, Scotland.
Located immediately north of the V&A Museum of Design and opposite the new entrance to Dundee’s train station, the development will have a 120-room hotel that is expected to cater to the upper end of the visitor market. The project will also include 67 apartments and 50,000 square feet of office space.
The hotel is expected to help meet the expected demand for accommodation in the central waterfront as growing numbers of visitors and tourists visit Dundee.
