Hotel Chicago-Illinois Medical District partners with Eat Purely

Hotel Chicago-Illinois Medical District has partnered with Eat Purely, a fast-growing Chicago startup that provides chef-crafted, organic meals delivered on demand. The exclusive new in-room dining partnership between the West Loop boutique hotel and the health food delivery app is the first of its kind in the local hotel industry. In lieu of standard food-and-beverage outlets or an in-house kitchen for roomservice orders, Hotel Chicago-IMD offers guests Eat Purely’s seasonal menu items delivered directly to their hotel doorstep.

“We are excited to be the first hotel to partner with Eat Purely to give guests chef-crafted, organic meal options whenever they like,” said Hotel Chicago-IMD GM Imran Jivani in a statement. “This new healthy in-room dining program emphasizes our focus as a boutique hotel on delivering exceptional guest experiences at their convenience.”

Eat Purely meals arrive fully cooked and chilled to stay fresh longer and maintain optimum quality with easy reheating options.

Eat Purely’s ever-changing menu includes seasonal meals hand-crafted by executive chef Sean Spradlin, side dishes, desserts and raw, cold pressed juices. Ingredients are organic and locally sourced whenever possible with no chemicals, preservatives or GMO’s. Starting with high-quality ingredients allows Eat Purely’s bright flavors to shine through so there’s no need to rely on heavy use of salt, sugar, or fat for flavor. Meals arrive fully cooked and chilled to stay fresh longer and maintain optimum quality with easy reheating options. Every guestroom at Hotel Chicago-IMD contains full size refrigerators and microwaves. Directions for ordering roomservice provided by Eat Purely are posted prominently within every guestroom at Hotel Chicago-IMD.

“Our mission is to enable and inspire healthy living, and through this partnership with Hotel Chicago-IMD, and we’re excited to provide the convenience and accessibility to the hotel guests,” Jeremiah Green, co-founder and CEO at Eat Purely, said in a statement. “With our large variety of options and ability to accommodate any taste or dietary restriction, we’re certain to satisfy everyone.”
