NYC's Casa Nonna to open branch at Aruba Ritz-Carlton

New York City’s Casa Nonna restaurant will open its second location, which will be located at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba.

Casa Nonna, which means “grandmother’s house” in Italian, is as open and inviting as you would expect from its name. A surprising and delicious dining destination located just south of the theater district in Manhattan, Casa Nonna is beloved for its warm, friendly atmosphere and its standout menu, which offers a curated mix of traditional Roman and Tuscan fare highlighted by fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

Casa Nonna at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba will draw its design and menu direction from the restaurant’s New York City home. There, from salumi, cheese and antipasti platters to house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas, the menu is available á la carte and family style, overflowing with options ideal for sharing. The restaurant boasts a robust wine list, celebrating the quality and diversity of revered grape varietals as the ideal complement to a meal, alongside seasonal cocktails and amaros, to suit every preference.

Casa Nonna at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba will round out a full-bodied lineup of culinary offerings, including the renowned BLT Steak, a modern interpretation of the American steakhouse that combines classic bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare; the newly introduced, contemporary Ritual Coffee Culture; the poolside Madero Grill; the Divi Bar and Lounge; in-room dining; and a full banquet and catering facility;.

Casa Nonna is expected to open in early 2018.
