Hilton Worldwide to Open First Property in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Hilton Worldwide has announced its first property in the city of Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The 430-key Hilton Al Jubail will be a waterfront property adjacent to the upcoming marina and close to Industrial Zone One, the city’s business district.
With four meeting rooms, two board rooms, a ballroom, a business center and an executive lounge the property will cater primarily to the business and leisure tourism markets.
Facilities will also include a private beach, outdoor swimming pools, a health club, two specialty restaurants and an all-day dining restaurant.
Hilton Worldwide currently has six operating hotels and 13 hotels in development in Saudi Arabia. Construction on the Hilton Al Jubail is scheduled to begin next year, and the property is expected to open in the first quarter of 2014.
