Yesterday, the Loews Regency Hotel at 540 Park Avenue celebrated Halloween with a 24-hour costumed See-Saw-a-Thon in front of the hotel. All proceeds from the event will go to Modest Needs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to aiding hard-working individuals who find themselves faced with unexpected emergency expenses.
