Marriott to open Residence Inn in Surprise, Ariz.
9 Feb, 2010 Hotel and Motel ManagementBethesda, Maryland – February 9, 2010 – Marriott International is scheduled to open the 116-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Surprise, Arizona tomorrow. Located at 16418 North Bullard Avenue, the Residence Inn Phoenix NW/Surprise will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Advance Management and Investment LLC of Kingman, Arizona.
Located next door to Surprise Stadium (spring training home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers) and 25 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the Residence Inn Phoenix NW/Surprise offers its guests convenient access to the Surprise Aquatic Center, the Surprise Recreation Center, University of Phoenix Stadium, Jobing.com Arena, Phoenix International Raceway, Camelback Ranch, Peoria Sports Complex and Goodyear Ballpark. Rates vary depending on length of stay.

The hotel offers daily housekeeping, complimentary grocery shopping services and same-day dry cleaning.
