Atlanta-based Hotel Equities was named to manage the 127-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center Dunwoody, developed and owned by Hotel Development Partners. The hotel marks the third property owned by HDP and managed by Hotel Equities in the Atlanta Perimeter Center market.
Joe Fallis serves as the GM of the hotel, while Susan Zuppardo is its director of sales. Hotel Development Partners also owns the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Perimeter Center. Both are also managed by Hotel Equities.

Located at 4695 Ashford Dunwoody Road, the all-suite property is 10 miles from SunTrust Park, the new Atlanta Braves stadium, and 10 miles from downtown Atlanta and Mercedes Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United. The area offers shopping at Perimeter Mall and a wide variety of dining options from upscale steak houses to quick-serve restaurants.

Accommodations include studio, one- and two-bedroom suites, each outfitted with a work desk, ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed internet access. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
The hotel offers 580 square feet of meeting space for up to 50 people. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour food-and-beverage market, dry cleaning services and a guest laundry. A free, hot breakfast is available daily, along with grocery delivery service.
