Hotel Equities opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Arlington DFW South in the Dallas suburb of Arlington, Texas. Located in the entertainment district of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the property recently completed a renovation.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Arlington DFW South marks the fourth property under management by Hotel Equities in Dallas and a total of 12 hotels under management in the state of Texas. It lies within a three-mile radius of the DFW Airport, Globe Life Park, Six Flags over Texas and AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Jemel Jones serves and the GM of the hotel, with Natalie Munlin as the property's director of sales for The 237-room, five-story property is owned by Admiral Hotel Group, and the hotel offers more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space to serve the needs of both leisure and business travelers.

The property's renovation began in the lobby, which saw updates to artwork and architectural styles that pay homage to Texas landscape and history, while the lobby’s Connectivity Zone has a floor-to-ceiling metal wall of TVs and decorative lighting.

Dining options include the Brass Spur Bar & Grill, which specializes in American regional cuisine, such as rotisserie-style dishes, steaks, barbeque and other Texas favorites; and its bar offers cocktails and appetizer specials during the nightly happy hour. Those who prefer to dine in-room may order room service until 10 p.m., or purchase salads, sandwiches, snacks and beverages from the 24-hour Made Market Pantry.
Outdoor amenities include a pool and poolside cabanas. The complimentary fitness center is accessible at any time, and includes Precor cardio, strength and core fitness equipment. Other complimentary offerings are a 24-hour business center, as well as a roundtrip shuttle to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
