The hotel is located in what was at one time was the world’s largest brick-and-mortar building.

The David Mexico Design Group and Bullock Smith and Partners designed the 27-story property opening this fall.

The $13-million project is Hospitality Management’s third Best Western property and its fourth hotel overall.

This is the fourth Hotel RL location to launch since the brand’s first opening last August.

Along with updating guestrooms, the property also enhanced the lobby lanai and added a new beachfront restaurant.

Key elements include a wall that reflects the space’s light out in the space, an abstract landscape of sculptural forms and seating areas placed on two levels.

The Magnuson Grand Hotel Memphis Airport and the Magnuson Hotel Odessa are the newest additions to the growing brand.
