Chicago – Paramount Lodging Advisors was named asset manager of the Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center in Colonial Williamsburg, Va.

The Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center is 5 stories with 236 guestrooms, including 9 suites and 2 Hospitality Suites, an indoor pool, meeting space, an onsite restaurant, and all of the additional amenities and services of a full service hotel. This hotel is located near the University of William and Mary, various military bases and Williamsburg’s main tourist attractions such as the Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA.

PLA brings the knowledge and experience from the completion of hundreds of hotel management and consulting assignments to each asset management engagement.
