PMZ Realty Capital expands hotel finance group

PMZ Realty Capital LLC, a boutique real estate investment bank, has announced the addition of hospitality experts Ira Ury and Alexander Saunders to the firm’s hotel finance group. In his role as managing director, Ury will be responsible for activities in the Chicago office. Prior to joining PMZ Hotel Finance Group, Ury headed up the development and acquisition of hotels for First Hospitality Group, Inc. Saunders joins the firm’s Manhattan office and is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of hospitality transactions. Prior to joining PMZ Hotel Finance Group, Saunders was with HEI Hotels & Resorts.
