During the webinar, many questions came up about tracking how many users are reading reviews. TripAdvisor would like to hear back from you if this is interesting to you.

If a commenter leaves a name of an employee who does not wish to have his/her name listed on the website, what can be done about this? Can the review be removed or edited to protect their privacy (regardless if it included a last name or not)

I have over 900 properties that I would like to monitor on TripAdvisor, Is there a way to link them all to one owner? And yes, a monthly tracking feature would be very beneficial.

We would like to know if we can have traveler photos removed from our page. There are old photos on the website prior to us replacing the carpet, removing wallpaper and repainting the rooms. Thank you.

I have 70 hotels and agree that a monthly tracking report would be extremely beneficial.

My property is listed on Trip Advisor as a 2-star property while most of my competitors are listed as 3-stars. How can I get up to a 3-star? My property has the same if not extended amenities as the competition yet our star ratings are different.

I agree that a monthly tracking feature would be valuable.
What do you think about hotelier's being able to address the issues on trip advisor? Is that good or bad?
