Replicating waves: Ocean bathtubs by Bagno Sasso

 German designer Manuel Dreesmann has teamed up with the Swiss team of Bagno Sasso to release two prototype bathtubs: Ocean Wing and Ocean Wave, sculptural pieces boasting of “lines that replicate a waves and wings.”

The Ocean Wave has rounded, obtuse edges using Corian, while the Ocean Wing is a bathtub that uses wood on its exterior with the long-lasting and hygienic Corian inside. The Ocean Wing measures 2,250 mm x 1,000 mm x 750 mm, and the Ocean Wave, a larger 3000 mm x 1500 mm x 780 mm.
