G6 Hospitality launches cloud-based revenue-management system

G6 Hospitality LLC, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands in the U.S. and Canada, rolls out its G6 revenue optimization workspace – or G6ROWTM – to its network of corporate-owned properties and franchisees. GROW is a revenue-management system that has been exclusively designed for the economy segment to provide near real-time rate and inventory management from any device, anytime.

"Gone are the days when property and revenue managers have to be tethered to their desks, pouring over pages of data and spreadsheets to make informed decisions about room rates and inventory allotments,” said Lance Miceli, CMO of G6 Hospitality. “Through a fast, responsive and easy-to-use system, G6ROWTM provides hoteliers at Motel 6 and Studio 6 with the flexibility and up-to-date information they need to effectively manage their top line from any device, in near real time.”

G6ROWTM features a unique design that integrates dynamic pricing functionality with business intelligence through a sophisticated rules engine that is intuitive and user-friendly. “Designed on a responsive code base, G6ROWTM brings together in a cloud-based platform a comprehensive view of revenue management allowing operators to manage their property whether onsite or remote,” said Jeff Winslow, CIO of G6 Hospitality.

There are two unique, yet fully integrated components of the G6ROWTM platform. The first component, a proprietary rate administration module was designed for maximum efficiency in managing rates, discounts, policies and restrictions and is universal compatible to work together with any PMS. The second component, revenue optimization, integrates near real-time inventory reconciliation between all channels that facilitates true dynamic pricing.

“The product’s design allows hoteliers to apply conditional logic or “rules” to maximize their business and comprehensive business intelligence and notifications to help them make better informed revenue-based decisions in the moment,” added Miceli.
