Royal on the Park, Brisbane, Australia, has deployed KEYPR’s hospitality platform. Royal on the Park, one of Brisbane’s most iconic hotels, will use the KEYPR cloud-based technology platform to enhance its guest experience.
“As we see more and more millennials and mobile-first business travelers staying at the hotel, we need to find ways to cater to their preferences and meet them on their mobile devices,” Royal on the Park’s GM Jan Schutt said in a statement. “KEYPR addresses all of those needs and wraps them up in one platform that is easy for us to work into our existing operations.”
Through the KEYPR platform, Royal on the Park guests and staff now have access to a custom mobile app, in-room tablets and GEMS (guest experience management system), which combined will dramatically improve operational efficiency, open up new revenue streams and delight guests.
