ad notam AG and Majestic Mirrors and Frame announce preferred supply arrangement, license agreement

 ad notam AG and Majestic Mirrors and Frame LLC have announced that they have entered into a license and supply arrangement, said to be “a mutually beneficial agreement to better position themselves within the US.”

As part of the agreement, Majestic will use its status as a supplier to the hospitality industry market to supply Mirror Image AG’s patented mirror displays, and, at the same time, Majestic will license them to cover its other TV mirror display products.  ad notam will be providing Majestic a line of products with special hospitality channel pricing to support Majestic with ad notam’s technology and products, including the ad notam line of advanced low voltage and DOG (“direct on glass”) gapless viewing solutions.

The agreement addresses Majestic’s past use of the patents in relation to Majestic’s mirror TV’s and displays and reflects that Majestic acknowledges the value of ad notam’s intellectual property, including its patents. In addition, ad notam granted Majestic a license under the patent rights covering Majestic’s future sales of mirror TV’s and displays.
