Expedia set to vote on TripAdvisor split

Tnooz reports that Expedia is preparing for its December 6 vote on spinning of TripAdvisor by telling investors that the sites reviews are accurate and fair. According to PhoCusWright, 98 percent of participants in a study found that TripAdvisor reviews reflect their experience at a hotel. TripAdvisor has also posted a 46 percent annual compound growth rate since 2006.
