Cornell Hospitality Research Summit set for October
26 Aug, 2010 Hotel and Motel ManagementITHACA, N.Y. – Hotel industry leaders from around the globe will converge on the Cornell University campus Oct. 6 - 8 for the three-day “Cornell Hospitality Research Summit” at the university’s School of Hotel Administration. The summit will feature more than 50 industry leaders who will be making presentations, with a focus on the industry-wide impact of social media and sustainability.
The summit features five keynote speakers: Christine Duffy, president and CEO of Maritz Travel Company; Frances Frei of the Harvard Business School; Adam Goldstein, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International; Gerald Lawless, executive chairman of the Jumeirah Group; and Randell Smith, CEO and co-founder of STR, a travel-research business.
