Slovenia's Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB) is inviting expressions of interest for a hotel and hospitality-focused real estate portfolio in the Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort.
The portfolio includes the Hotel Arena and its adjoining Arena Annex, the Wellness Hotel Bolfenk & Apartments, the Hotel Videc & Apartments, residential building Pohorske Terase, and approximately 12 acres of land surrounding the properties. DUTB owns 100 percent of the listed properties, and did not announce a minimum bid for the assets.
"Although it is the Vendor's clear preference to divest all shares in the SPV via a share deal (DUP Pohorje d.o.o.), it will consider your preference of selected assets which will be transferred into the SPV," the company said in a statement.
Once all expressions have been received, and non-disclosure agreements have been signed, DUTB will make a decision whether to invite bidders to the next step of the sale process.
The bidding deadline is March 3.
