Ving 2800 Key Machine

After having switched over to the Ving 2800 key machines, we are experiencing several issues. Issues include:
1) Keys verify but don't open doors
2) Keys that have become erased are much more common
3) Some keys require several (4-6) attempts before they will activate the lock.
Anyone else having a similar experience?

WE have the 2800 in our hotel from day one and the problems are many. The real problem is we can't get ving lock to come up with a working solution. The frustration just goes on and on. If anyone can give suggestions please let us know.
