Waterford Hotel Group to manage Residence Inn by Marriott in Concord, N.H.

Waterford, CT (February 9, 2010) --- Steve Duprey, owner of The Duprey Companies, has appointed Waterford Hotel Group to provide management services for the 92-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Concord, New Hampshire. Duprey is the developer of the hotel. The hotel, which is slated to open in 2010, is the latest design of Marriott’s extended-stay product, which features spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas and fully equipped kitchens. The staff, all of which are Duprey Company employees, are managed under the joint management of Waterford Hotel Group and The Duprey Company.

Waterford Hotel Group operates 26 properties nationally, including Duprey’s Courtyard by Marriott and Grappone Conference Center in Concord. “Waterford’s extensive experience with the Marriott brand makes them ideal to provide management services for our new hotel, and they work well under the hybrid management format we have established,” commented Steve Duprey. “We look forward to offering an extended stay choice to the visitors of Concord this year.”

The Concord Residence Inn by Marriott, conveniently located off Interstate 93, will offer 57 studio suites, 27 one-bedroom suites, and 8 two-bedroom suites, as well as an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, and meeting space.
