Wincome USA to rebrand hotel-management division

Real estate investment, development and management firm Wincome USA is planning on rebranding its hotel-management division as Wincome Hospitality. Founded more than 30 years ago, the Anaheim, Calif.-based company’s portfolio currently includes hotel and office properties in Anaheim and Costa Mesa, Calif.

“I’m looking forward to branding Wincome Hospitality as a firm to help other businesses succeed in the hospitality industry,” Paul Sanford, CEO/asset manager for all the company’s U.S. entities, said in a statement.

Wincome first entered the hospitality business more than 30 years ago with the purchase of The Carousel Inn and Suites, which it has since sold to another local developer. In 1998, it purchased three smaller hotels adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and combined them to form one larger resort, the Annabella Hotel. Since then, Wincome has had the property taken down to build The Westin Anaheim Resort, opening late 2020. The company also purchased the Wyndham Hotel in Costa Mesa in 2010, renovated it in 2013 and rebranded it as the Avenue of the Art Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in 2016.
