RLH Corporation signed a franchise license agreement for a new Hotel RL in the historic Garden District of New Orleans.
The Maison St. Charles by Hotel RL is scheduled to open in January, and will include 130 boutique-style guestrooms and suites, free breakfast, an outdoor courtyard pool, a fitness center, an onsite restaurant and more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space. The property is on the St. Charles streetcar line, minutes from the French Quarter.

Also signed was a Hotel RL in Waco, Texas, a 132-room new-construction project anticipated to open during the fourth quarter of 2019.
Hotel RL, the company’s upscale boutique brand, has a pipeline with properties under development in Houston and College Station, Texas, and other conversions in resort and primary cities.
The new Hotel RLs are part of the growth momentum for RLH Corporation, which executed 120 license agreements during the first nine months of 2017. Among the company’s other recent franchise agreements are new Red Lion Inns & Suites in Tucson, Ariz., and Fayetteville, N.C.; GuestHouse Inns in Marietta, Ga. and Wilmington, N.C.; and Americas Best Value Inns in Alpine and Gun Barrel City, Texas.
