CPI Property Group nabs Holiday Inn in Rome for $34.8M

The Luxembourg-based CPI Property Group has acquired the four-star hotel Holiday Inn Rome – Eur Parco dei Medici for an aggregate acquisition price of $34.8 million from an outside party. 

The transaction also included the simultaneous lease-back of the hotel business to the seller. The acquisition was financed by UniCredit bank.

The hotel is a renovated four-star property with 317 rooms a 700-guest capacity. It includes a restaurant, cocktail lounge, garden with a swimming pool, fitness and wellness area. 

The hotel is located on Via del Castello della Magliana, next to Rome's business hub and 12 kilometers from the L. Da Vinci-Fiumicino International Airport.
