UK-based flooring supplier Havwoods International has launched the Italian collection, a flooring system that the company says can create intricate patterns including basket weave and heritage. The range includes the Notte plank, which can be installed in a bespoke pattern in a dark brown tone.
The company was inspired by the dimensions of Italian-craft hardwood flooring for the Italian collection, which has planks that measure 4 ¾ inches by 33 ⅜ inches. Each plank is made from multiple layers of wood boards bonded together to create a surface for high-traffic environments, such as restaurants and bars. The planks also have a traditional tongue-and-groove profile, providing easy installation.
