In celebration of women: Fempower collection by Flavor Paper

Flavor Paper has launched the Fempower collection of wallpapers, created exclusively by women—and, reportedly, for women.

The wallpapers have designs dubbed Sparklepuss, About Face, Ladies, Placebo Effect, and Power, My Dear.

Sparklepuss has gems printed on chrome Mylar. It was created by Ashley Longshore, the only female artist to decorate all of the Bergdorf windows.

Shyama Golden’s About Face is said to investigate concepts and representations of femininity via handheld mirrors. Reflective mirrors get an added dash of realism on chrome Mylar.

Placebo Effect by Tamara Staples has texture that comes from pills fitted into a complex pattern.

Ladies by Katie Stout has pastel watercolors of naked ladies.

Meanwhile, Power, My Dear by Natalie Gwen Frank is based on chalk pastel and gouache artwork representing women who dance, paint, walk their jaguar, read, put on gloves and dress up in expressions of their sexuality and power.
