Comfortably lightweight: Kettal Bitta by Rodolfo Dordoni

Kettal Bitta is a collection that combines aluminum frames with braided polyester cords.

Rodolfo Dordoni has launched its Kettal Bitta collection, combining aluminum frames with braided polyester cords. The new extendable table is available with a teak, marble or aluminum top.

According to Rodolfo Dordoni, the aim for the design of the collection was to create dense braiding that would still let the air through, reminiscent of the braiding of the ropes used to moor boats (thus the name Bitta, which means “mooring” in Italian). As such, the collection’s pieces look lightweight but, at the same time, look like nests in natural colors for sitting and relaxing.
