Inspired by history: Church Hill and Manchester from LuXout Shades

Richmond, Va.-based LuXout Shades has released its latest lines: Church Hill and Manchester.

Church Hill, one of Richmond's oldest neighborhoods, is known for Saint John's Church, where Patrick Henry delivered his famous "Give me liberty or give me death" speech. LuXout's latest fabric line pays homage to this and other historical area treasures with 22 fabrics and 11 colors, ranging from translucent to room darkening.

The second fabric line, Manchester, harks back to another of Richmond's historic neighborhoods, as well as gives a nod to one of its suppliers in Manchester, England. Like its UK counterpart, Richmond's Manchester area blends a history of industry and industrial-style buildings with modern, urban-style living. This is the motif the new fabric line mimics with its colors and patterns.
