The Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue hotel announced its multi-million renovation with the help of Leo A Daly. Recent renovations to the Fifth Avenue New York hotel include upgrades to the rooms, lobby, health club and business center. The Fifth Avenue New York hotel now has a blue and white color palette throughout. Geometric patterns, textures and pops of citron green and pink incorporate a youthful feel into the property’s atmosphere.
At the hotel lobby is an artwork of a collage of borough names surrounding New York; individual welcome pedestals designed to ease the check-in process; and Courtyard's signature GoBoard, which is an interactive touchscreen giving travelers weather conditions, directions and news access at their fingertips.
Newly renovated rooms now include new wall coverings and carpet. The same textures and colors from the lobby carry through in each of the guest ooms. All rooms at the Fifth Avenue New York hotel feature irons and ironing boards, a work area with complimentary Internet access, desk level electrical outlets, and a two-line phone with voicemail and speakerphone capabilities. There is also a flat-screen television, and king, queen or double beds.
Now also available is the site's new health club, offering Life Fitness equipment.
For guests needing to utilize business services, available is a new business center that offers Internet access and individual workspaces for privacy, in addition to printing, faxing and copying services.
