Recycled leather veneer: dECOLeather by Formica Group

Formica Group has debuted dECOLeather, which is constructed of a mix of recycled leather fibers (70 percent) and natural rubber (30 percent).

The product, according to Formica, replicates the look, feel, and even the smell of real leather, while offering improved durability. For hotels, dECOLeather can be used for walls, casework, doors and tabletops—for example, at a reception desk or along the bar.

dECOLeather is available in 18 colors and three grained finishes—crocodile, walrus and buffalo.
