Refined seating: Simon Legald’s Tap stool for Normann Copenhagen

Tap stool

Danish designer Simon Legald created a refined version of the archetypal three-legged stool for design brand Normann Copenhagen. The Tap stool has a hardened, molded foam seat, which provides a flexible sealed surface that is dirt-resistant, durable and easy to clean. Following original specifications of a tripod stool, Tap has three legs that join with the seat to make for a continuous design line, which also enables the stool to be stacked and stored. The stool is available in five different seat colors, with either oak or walnut legs.
