$24 million invested in Ramside Hall Hotel in Durham, England

BDaily Business Network reports that work has begun on a $24 million addition and renovation at Ramside Hall Hotel and Golf Club in Durham, England. A new 18-hole championship golf course, spa, leisure center and hotel expansion are being added. The course, being developed by architect Jonathan Gaunt, is reportedly the only new golf development planned for completion in England. The last part of the expansion will begin later this year, with the addition of 48 new rooms increasing the total number of rooms to 130. Completion is slated by September 2013.
