3DReid, Forme Design collaborate for Cheval Three Quays in London

Cheval Residences has announced the slated opening of Cheval Three Quays, a new collection of 97 serviced and 62 extended stay luxurious apartments alongside the River Thames. This is the seventh residences in London of Cheval Residences.

The architectural design is led by 3DReid, while the interior design is spearheaded by Forme UK.

Situated next to The Tower of London, Cheval Three Quays is a residential riverside development within Central London. When completed this March, Cheval Three Quays will provide a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with many having views across the Thames towards Tower Bridge and City Hall.  There will also be panoramic views from the top floor penthouse apartments.

The Three Quays name for the development originates back to the 17th Century when three individual quays existed; Galley Quay, Chester Quay and Brewers Quay.
When completed, the new development will include 158 apartments both serviced and non-serviced. There will also be a number of retail/restaurant outlets with the enhancement of the Sugar Quay public walk way.

The one, two and three-bedroom apartments at Cheval Three Quays have floor-to-ceiling windows to allow views of the River Thames, with most featuring private glass and steel balconies, with views including the Tower of London, City Hall and the Shard.  With families in mind, more spacious accommodation can be created by combining two of the penthouses, thereby making one four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment with balcony space.

Other features in the rooms include: textured chenille, velvet and silk rugs; avant-garde inspired Gaggenau appliances; and Italian Dada kitchens. Discrete cupboards have been installed to allow housekeeping to remove bins and deliver a daily paper with minimal disruption and ensuring maximum safety.

Still other features include: hand painted murals in the lobby by artist Barnaby Gorton; and a William Pye water feature at the heart of the property. The decor throughout the apartments is a fusion of British and European influences with classic Lyndon furniture and original London-inspired artwork in every apartment.

This new property will also offer a riverside restaurant on the ground floor, made accessible by the North-side River Walkway, now open for the first time in 20 years.
