AccorHotels launches 100th hotel in Indonesia

AccorHotels opened its 100th hotel, Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla City Centre in Indonesia. The property is the first international upper midscale hotel to open in the city of Makassar.

The hotel – which has 330 guestrooms that include nine executive suites and a presidential suite – is located near Sultan Hasanuddin Airport and various tourist attractions, including Losari Beach, Fort Rotterdam Museum, Trans Studio Amusement Theme Park and Ratu Indah Mall.

For dining, Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla has The Square Restaurant and a lounge bar.

For events, the property has a ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 guests, as well as eight meeting rooms.

Other amenities at the property include a gym, spa and swimming pool.

Novotel, an AccorHotels brand for business and leisure travelers, has more than 400 properties in 60 countries.
