Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners design Bulgari Hotel

Bulgari Hotels and Resorts signed an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding to bring the hospitality brand to Dubai. When the new Bulgari Hotel will be opened, it will be Bulgari Hotels and Resorts’ fifth property following the previous properties in Milan (2004), Bali (2006) and London (2012). Another property will open in Shanghai this 2015.

With a completion date scheduled in 2018, the property will be located at the Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai. Spread over 1.7 million square-feet, the Bulgari Hotel will be framed by landscaped gardens and comprise of 100 rooms and suites in the main hotel buildings, as well as 20 hotel villas, and a range of luxury hotel facilities.

Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the Bulgari Hotel in Dubai will offer a mix of traditional and modern themes through architecture that reflects the design and style of the surrounding area.
