Beach Terrace Inn completed

Brea, CA - Sept. 3, 2009 - Apollo Hospitality Group has completed the $6 million renovation of the 48 room Beach Terrace Inn, in the upscale community of Carlsbad, CA. The contract for the project included design, purchasing and construction, with the majority of the final scheme including elements from two innplement designs, Apollo’s flagship guest room program.

“This is definitely one of the more dramatic projects that we have done,” said Aaron Plante, CEO of Apollo. “Even compared with the many brand conversions in our portfolio, the transformation of this hotel is stunning.”

Barbara Howard-Jones, managing partner of the Beach Terrace Inn, is also pleased with the result.  “The real intention of the project was to upgrade the hotel from a mid-tier family location to a more luxury, boutique style property. We are really excited about the value this renovation will bring to Carlsbad visitors,” she said.

The grand opening is scheduled on September 17.
