Benjamin West signs on with two Northwest Marriotts

CSM Lodging, a division of CSM Corporation, founded in 1976, which is engaged in the acquisition, development, leasing, management and ownership of quality real estate assets; has retained Benjamin West to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for the renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott SeaTac in Seattle and Courtyard by Marriott Lloyd Center in Portland, Ore.

Both properties will consist of the renovations of the guestrooms and the corridors. These projects will be managed out of the Benjamin West Chicago office under the direction of Rita Turbak, Project Director.
