Boutique Hotel Ignacio opens in St. Louis

A new boutique hotel has opened its doors in St. Louis. Hotel Ignacio, in the mid-town "Grand Center" arts district of St. Louis, featuriung 49 rooms and two suites and distinguished by an extensive collection of contemporary art throughout the lobby and guest room halls.
 
Located across from Saint Louis University, Hotel Ignacio is also steps from the Fox Theatre, now home to touring Broadway shows, and provides easy access to the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts, Powell Symphony Hall and the Saint Louis University Museum of Art.
 
The arts theme is explored in each of the rooms and suites where a plexiglass installation hangs over the bed and relates to one of four themes: Fine Art, Performing Arts, Architecture and Music. The hotel is also about technology: up-to-the-minute connectivity and technology complement the contemporary design including bathroom mirrors with built-in TV screens in the two suites, complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel and Avaya media hubs.
 
A lobby living room unfolds around a fireplace and is adjacent to Café Pintxos where Spanish wines and tapas are on the menu.
