Bulgari to Open London Hotel in 2012

Bulgari Hotels & Resort has signed an agreement to open a hotel in the Knightsbridge neighborhood of London, which will be managed by Ritz-Carlton.

The hotel is slated to open in 2012 and will be the company's third hotel after it opened in Milan in 2004 and in Bali in 2006.

The hotel will have 85 rooms, including seven 2,150-square-foot suites, and feature a ballroom, a private cinema, a spa and an indoor pool.

There wil also be a restaurant and bar. The Bulgari Hotel in London was designed for Bulgari by architectural firm Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel & Partners, with Squire and Partners as the local architect for the project. Silver is rumored to be the dominant theme of the interior design.
