Carlson Rezidor launches Radisson Davao, Philippines

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group opened the Park Inn by Radisson Davao in the Philippines. The hotel is the first “next generation” mid-scale Park Inn by Radisson brand to be established in Asia Pacific.

The development of the Park Inn by Radisson Davao was accomplished in partnership with the Filipino company SM Group. Other Park Inn by Radisson properties in the Philippines include the Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay, the Pico Sands Hotel in Batangas and the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu City. Plans include the construction of Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Clark, Pampanga, SM North EDSA Complex in Quezon City, Bacolod City and Iloilo City.

Park Inn by Radisson Davao is a 204-room new build hotel located next to the SMX Convention Centre and SM Lanang Premier Mall. The hotel is 15 minutes from Davao International Airport and the city center and a short drive from major tourist attractions, beaches and museums.

Park Inn by Radisson Davao is also targeting the MICE industry, offering four meeting rooms that can each accommodate up to 45 persons. Park Inn by Radisson Davao also has a recreation hub, which houses leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center and a pool bar. In addition, the hotel’s The Living Room concept provides guests with a lifestyle hub where they can socialize and relax in the Lobby or in the Lounge.

Food and beverage options at the hotel include RBG (Restaurant Bar & Grill), an all-day dining restaurant.
