The property will undergo renovations and upgrading, a process that is expected to undertake one year, during which the resort will remain open, and upon completion will be renamed Centara Sandy Beach Resort Da Nang.

Centara will operate the resort under a management contract with owner the Ben Thanh Non Nuoc Resort Corporation, which is under the umbrella of the Ben Thanh Group.

The resort boasts proximity to heritage sites such as Hoi An, Hue, My Son, Marble Mountain, and two championship golf courses.

Resort facilities include two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a fitness center, billiards, table tennis, beach volleyball and football and a children’s playground.
