Conrad Shenzhen eyed for December 2019

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, part of Hilton Worldwide, signed a management agreement with Horoy Real Estate for the 300-room Conrad Shenzhen, scheduled to open in December 2019. The property will be located in the center of Shenzhen's Qianhai CBD.

Conrad Shenzhen will be part of a development project in the Horoy Qianhai Center. With ocean views, the hotel will be located close to office towers, commercial facilities and custom apartments. The property will have 300 guestrooms and suites.

For events, Conrad Shenzhen will have around 2,480 square meters (26,695 square feet) of event space, including a 1,200-square-meter (12,917-square-foot) ballroom.

Conrad Shenzhen will complement its sister properties - Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai and Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Bao'An. It will join a portfolio of 24 Conrad properties, 12 of which are in Asia Pacific, including Conrad Bali, Conrad Bangkok, Conrad Beijing, Conrad Centennial Singapore, Conrad Dalian, Conrad Hong Kong, Conrad Macao, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay, Conrad Tokyo, Conrad Koh Samui and Conrad Seoul.
