Cosmic Leaf in permanent collection of Art Institute of Chicago

Artemide joined the permanent collection of the Art Institute of Chicago with Cosmic Leaf. Designed by Ross Lovegrove, the lamp is part of the show “Ripensare le Tipologie,” dedicated to new acquisitions, which will continue until July 29.

Cosmic Leaf is a floor lamp that produces diffused halogen light. It has a chromed steel frame and a brushed aluminum base.

Cosmic Leaf received the Good Design Award 2012 from the Academy of the Architecture and Design Museum of Chicago.
