Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East Hotel opens in Central China

The Courtyard by Marriott brand welcomed its first hotel in Central China with the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East. Owned by Huiyi Group, the property located in the newly developed business district of Zhengzhou has 277 guestrooms and nearly 1,000 square meters (10,764 square feet) of meeting space.

The Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East hotel is part of the Huiyi Times Square, a complex consisting of offices, a hotel, a luxury shopping arcade, a bonded area for imported goods, an imported cars showroom, the Huiyi Theater and entertainment facilities. The complex, which measures 150,000 square meters (1,614,587 square feet), was awarded “Silver LEED Certification.”    

The guestrooms of the hotel have separate spaces for work, relaxation and sleep. In-room amenities include Internet access, a 48-inch TV, ergonomic chair, safe deposit box and mini-bar.

For dining, the property has Wan Yi Xuan, located on the 3rd floor. The hotel also has a Lounge and Executive Lounge.

Other facilities include a 24-hour health club and a business center.

For events, the property has approximately 1,000 square meters (10,764 square feet) of meeting spaces located on the second and fourth floors. These include a 400-square-meter (4,306-square-foot) ballroom with 120-degree wide windows to let in natural light, and seven meeting rooms ranging in various sizes. All are equipped with modern lighting, A/V equipment support and full Wi-Fi coverage.
