Courtyard Century City/Beverly Hills undergoes renovation

Marriott International announced the renovation of its 135-room Courtyard Century City/Beverly Hills property located at 10320 West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles. The hotel's lobby was remodeled and there was the addition of the brand’s Refreshing Business concept, as well as a casual bistro and bar and a 24-hour store.

An open Courtyard hotel lobby replaced the traditional front desk with individual welcome pedestals, providing a more private check-in experience with individualized service. The lobby’s design integrates a refreshed color scheme of brown and orange. New flexible seating options, ranging from a communal table to private media booths with HDTVs, to semi-private lounge areas, are available.

Courtyard by Marriott also integrated its exclusive GoBoard technology in the new lobby, which is a 52-inch LCD touch screen. The hotel has also installed free WiFi, electrical outlets, and an enlarged business library with complimentary computer terminals.

Central to the new lobby is Marriot’s casual concept, The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect. The venue offers healthy food and beverage options. In the evening, part of The Bistro converts to a bar. Additionally, The Market, a 24-hour store with snacks, beverages and sundries, is now open.

The hotel chain is now also greener with a new guest recycling program. All side exits now feature paper, glass, plastic and metal receptacles to reduce the direct and indirect environmental impacts of its business operations.
