Courtyard Kaua’i at Coconut Beach completes $13-million renovation

Davidson Hotels & Resorts has announced that the 311-room Courtyard Kaua’i at Coconut Beach has completed a $13-million renovation project that included the hotel's public spaces, restaurants, meeting rooms, lobby and recreational amenities. "We are confident that the owners' significant capital investment, coupled with our management expertise, will establish the property as the leading resort in the local market," said said Patrick Lupsha, Davidson's COO.” The Courtyard by Marriott Kaua’i at Coconut Beach is owned by a joint venture between Dallas-based Behringer Harvard and Austin, Texas-based JMI Realty.
