Curio – A Collection by Hilton to open in United Arab Emirates in 2018

Hilton Worldwide reached an agreement with Royal International to open its first hotel under the Curio - A Collection by Hilton brand in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).  Due to open in 2018, the two-tower Rosemont Hotel and Residences, a 450-guestroom and 280-serviced apartment property, will be developed on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road.

The Rosemont Hotel and Residences will be located opposite Dubai Internet City, providing guests access to business districts and tourist attractions including Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Beach. The property will have four meeting rooms, two boardrooms and one multi-functional space that can host small and large-scale meetings, conferences and events.

The hotel will also have food and beverage outlets, including three restaurants, a lobby café and two bars. Other amenities at the property will include a gym, an outdoor pool and a spa.

The Curio collection was launched in June 2014. The brand now has properties in the Americas, including Las Vegas and Buenos Aires, and in Europe with the recently opened Reichshof Hamburg Hotel. The Rosemont Hotel and Residences will add to the brand's global portfolio with entry into the Middle East, which will also see Curio - A Collection by Hilton Mall of Qatar open in 2016.
